Issue

On van-type vehicles, the mounting structure for the doors—including rear double-opening doors, rear flip-up doors, and side single-opening doors—is inadequate. The plastic hinges degrade and fracture due to atmospheric ozone, ultraviolet radiation, and similar environmental factors. When a hinge fractures, the door may detach and fall while open, posing a risk of injury to workers.

Corrective action

On all vehicles, install safety straps at two locations—top and bottom (or left and right on rear flip-up doors)—connecting each door to its door frame. In addition, inspect the hinges and replace any that show cracks with new units.

状況

バン型車両において、扉（後観音扉、後はね上げ扉及び側片開扉）の取付部構造が不適切なため、樹脂製ヒンジが大気のオゾン、紫外線等により劣化し破断すると、扉開放時に扉が外れ落下して、作業者に危害を加えるおそれがある。

改善措置

全車両、扉と扉枠を繋ぐ安全ベルトを上下（後はね上げ式扉においては左右）２箇所に取り付ける。又、当該ヒンジを点検し、亀裂が生じているものは新品に交換する。
