Defect
Due to improper machining of the cylinder head in the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system, some units have EGR passages that were not fully drilled through. As a result, the EGR system does not function, and exhaust emissions may exceed the specified regulatory limits.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the cylinder head with a corrected part.

状況
ＥＧＲ（排気ガス再循環）装置において、シリンダーヘッドの加工が不適切なため、排気ガスを再循環させるための孔が貫通していないものがある。そのため、ＥＧＲ装置が機能せず、排出ガス値が基準値を超えるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、シリンダヘッドを良品と交換する。
