Defect
The torque rod mounting bracket on the front axle suspension has insufficient strength. Repeated braking loads cause cracks to develop in the bracket mounting area. Continued operation allows the cracks to propagate and, in the worst case, the bracket may detach, rendering the vehicle unable to be driven.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reinforcement is added to the front axle torque rod bracket mounting area by welding.

状況
前軸緩衝装置のトルクロッド取付けブラケットの強度が不足しているため、当該ブラケットにおいて、制動時の繰返し荷重により取付け部材に亀裂の発生するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、最悪の場合、亀裂が進行し当該ブラケットが外れ、走行できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、前軸トルクロッドブラケット取付け部に補強材を溶接で追加する。
