Defect
The clearance between the pipe joint of the pressure switch mounted on the rear brake air tank and the sub-beam spanning the left and right frame members is insufficient, causing interference in some units. Continued use allows driving vibration to generate a crack at the pressure switch mounting point on the air tank, resulting in an air leak. In the worst case, braking performance is reduced.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the sub-beam with the corrected part and replace the air tank with a new unit.

状況
制動装置のリヤブレーキ用エアタンクに装着されている圧力スイッチの配管用ジョイントと左右のフレーム間のサブビームの間隙が不適切なため、当該部位が干渉するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、走行時の振動により、エアタンクの圧力スイッチ取り付け部に亀裂が発生し、エアが漏れて、最悪の場合、制動能力が下がるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、サブビームを対策品に、エアタンクを新品に交換する。
