Defect
On vehicles equipped with a flywheel PTO, the clutch release cylinder mounting surface of the flywheel housing is improperly formed. When installing the clutch release cylinder, the housing interferes with the mounting stay, causing the stay to be tightened without full contact. This incomplete seating causes cracks to develop in the cylinder mounting stay. In the worst case, the cylinder detaches and the clutch can no longer be disengaged.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, correct the shape of the flywheel housing mounting surface and replace the clutch release cylinder with a new part.

状況
フライホイールPTO付車において、フライホイールハウジングのクラッチレリーズシリンダ取付面の成形が不適切なため、クラッチレリーズシリンダを取り付ける際に当該ハウジング部に干渉し、クラッチレリーズシリンダの取付ステーが密着しない状態で締め付けられたものがある。 そのため、当該シリンダの取付ステーに亀裂が生じ、最悪の場合、当該シリンダが脱落してクラッチが切れなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、フライホイールハウジングの形状を修正するとともに、クラッチレリーズシリンダを新品に交換する。
