Defect
On slide-bed vehicle transporters, the mounting plate that secures the loading ramps has insufficient strength. Vibration during driving causes cracks to develop at the welds of the mounting plate. If use continues, the cracks progress and, in the worst case, the weld joint separates, causing the loading ramp to fall rearward while the vehicle is in motion.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the ramp securing bracket with a reinforced replacement part that includes an additional reinforcing plate.

状況
スライド荷台式車両運搬車において、車両を積載するための道板を固定する金具取付板の強度が不足しているため、走行中の振動等により、当該取付板溶接部に亀裂が発生することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、溶接部が剥がれて、道板が走行中に車両後方へ倒れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、補強板を追加した道板固定金具に交換する。
