Defect
An improper procedure was used during fuel line leak inspection, damaging the sealing surface of the O-ring at the shutoff valve joint. Continued use in this condition degrades the sealing performance at that joint and may, in the worst case, result in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the O-ring with a new part.

状況
燃料配管のガス漏れ点検の作業方法が不適切なため、遮断弁結合部のオーリングのシール 面を損傷させたものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該部のシー ル性が低下し、最悪の場合、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、オーリングを新品に交換する。
