Issue
In the power-operated wheelchair lift fitted to this mobility vehicle, when the lift is lowered on a steep incline, the switch that detects the stop position and cuts power to the motor may fail to activate. As a result, the left and right slide fittings may strike the end fittings and stop mechanically. Repeated operation in this manner may damage the slide fittings and produce abnormal noise. In the worst case, the lift platform may tilt.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected switch and actuating plate with corrected parts. Additionally, inspect the slide fittings and replace any damaged ones with new parts.

状況
車いすに乗ったまま乗降できる福祉車両の電動式昇降リフトにおいて、 ②リフトを急な傾斜地等で下降させると、停止位置を検出し電動モーターを停止するスイ ッチが作動せず、左右の移動金具が端部の金具に当たって停止することがある。そのた め、このような操作を繰り返すと、移動金具が損傷して異音が発生し、最悪の場合、リ フトが傾くおそれがある。
改善措置
②全車両、当該スイッチと作動板を対策品と交換する。また、移動金具を点検し、損傷し ているものは新品と交換する。
