Defect
The front wheel hub bearing seal assembly position varies across vehicles in the running gear. When load is applied to the bearing during operation, sealing performance degrades, allowing water to enter the bearing and generate abnormal noise. Continued use may damage the bearing and compromise driving stability.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the left and right front wheel hub assemblies with corrected parts.

状況
① 走行装置の前輪ハブベアリングシールの組付け位置にばらつきがあるため、走行時に ベアリングへ荷重がかかった場合、シール性能が低下し、当該ベアリングに水が浸入し て、異音が発生するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、当該ベアリング が損傷し、走行安定性が損なわれるおそれがある。
改善措置
① 全車両、左右の前輪ハブ一式を対策品と交換する。
