Defect
Insufficient consideration was given to electrical noise resistance in the airbag control unit, leaving some units with inadequate noise immunity. Electrical noise generated by the vehicle's electrical components may damage an IC chip inside the unit during service life. In the worst case, the airbag may deploy while the vehicle is in motion.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the airbag control unit with the corrected part.

状況
