Defect
In the brake system, some brake pipes routed between the master cylinder and the hydraulic control actuator were deformed during assembly. Continued use allows engine vibration to cause these brake pipes to contact the power steering hydraulic pipe, damaging both lines. In the worst case, brake fluid leaks and braking force is reduced.
Corrective action
Inspect all vehicles. Improperly assembled brake pipes must be corrected; damaged pipes must be replaced with conforming parts.

状況
制動装置において、ブレーキマスタシリンダ(油圧発生部)からアクチュエータ(油圧制 御装置)までの間のブレーキパイプを組み付け時に変形させたものがあるため、そのまま の状態で使用を続けると、原動機の振動等により当該ブレーキパイプがパワーステアリン グ用油圧パイプと接触して損傷し、最悪の場合、ブレーキ液が漏れて制動力が低下するお それがある。
改善措置
全車両点検し、組み付けが不適切なものは修正し、損傷しているものは良品と交換する。
