Defect
On the second-row left and right rear seat belts, the mounting holes in the seat frame that secure the buckle-side belt anchor are oversized, resulting in insufficient strength of the seat belt attachment. In the worst case, the attachment may not withstand crash loads and the mounting point may fracture on impact.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, attach a reinforcement plate to the affected seat frame.

改善措置
全車両、当該フレームに補強板を取りつける。
