Defect

The bolts securing the engine crankshaft pulley have insufficient strength. Continued use allows the bolts to loosen and, in the worst case, fracture, causing the crankshaft pulley to detach and the engine to stall.

Corrective action

On all vehicles, replace the pulley mounting bolts and washers with corrected parts.

状況

原動機のクランクシャフトプーリを固定するボルトの強度が不足しているため、このまま の状態で使用を続けると、当該ボルトが弛み、最悪の場合、ボルトが折損してクランクシ ャフトプーリが脱落し、原動機が停止するおそれがある。

改善措置

全車両、当該プーリを固定するボルト及びワッシャーを対策品に交換する。
