Defect
The welding of the mounting brackets for the upper torque rod and radius rod attached to the front axle was performed improperly, resulting in insufficient strength. Continued use may cause the brackets to fracture. In the worst case, the rods may detach, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, apply additional weld to the insufficiently welded areas of the affected brackets, or replace the front axle assembly with a corrected part.

状況
走行装置において、前車軸に取付けられている上側トルクロッド及びラジアスロッドの 取付金具(ブラケット)の溶接作業が不適切なため、強度が不足しているものがあり、 そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ブラケットが破損し、最悪の場合、ロッドが 外れ走行不能に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車輌、当該ブラケットの溶接不足部分に溶接を追加、又は、前車軸アッセンブリを 良品と交換する。
