Issue
Improper engine assembly management has resulted in units shipped without engine oil, transmission oil, or both. If engine oil was not filled, continued operation will cause engine seizure, rendering the vehicle inoperable. If transmission oil was not filled, the internal transmission bearings will sustain damage, also rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the engine assembly with a new unit.

状況
エンジンの管理方法が不適切なため、エンジンオイル及びミッションオイルまたは、ミッションオイルが注入されていないものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、エンジンオイルが未注入の場合、エンジンが焼き付き、走行不能となる。ミッションオイルが未注入の場合、ミッション内部の軸受けベアリングが破損し、走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、エンジンアッセンブリを新品と交換する。
