Issue
The siren amplifier with gradual volume adjustment (optional equipment) installed on ambulances uses an incorrect control program. As a result, the beacon warning lights may fail to illuminate in conjunction with siren activation.
Corrective action
On all affected vehicles, replace the siren amplifier with a corrected part.

状況
