Issue
In the underfloor slide-stow tail lift system, the machining of the flow control valve mounting block inside the power unit is defective on some units. As a result, hydraulic fluid flow is not correctly regulated by the flow control valve during platform descent, and the descent speed may become excessive. In addition, the device may fail to stow in the correct position during the retraction operation.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the flow control valve mounting block for machining marks and replace any affected power unit with a conforming unit.

状況
床下スライド格納型テールゲートリフタ装置において、パワーユニット内部の流量調整弁（フローコントロールバルブ）取付ブロックの加工に不適切なものがある。そのため、プラットホームが下降時に流量調整弁による作動油流量が正しく調整されず、下降速度が速くなるおそれがある。また、当該装置の格納作動時に、正規の位置で格納出来なくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、流量調整弁取付ブロックのチャッキング痕を確認し、交換対象のパワーユニットを良品に交換する。
