Defect
On vehicles operating in areas where anti-icing agents are applied to roads, the nylon tube air lines serving the rear axle parking brake (wheel parking brake) have insufficient strength. During snow road operation, snow accumulates on these tubes and freezes into ice masses, imposing heavy loads on the nylon tube. This causes the tube to crack and leak air. In the worst case, the parking brake may engage while the vehicle is in motion, rendering it inoperable.
Corrective action
Replace the nylon tube on all vehicles with the corrected part.

状況
凍結防止剤を散布する車両において、後軸の駐車ブレーキ（ホイールパーキングブレーキ）用エア配管（ナイロンチューブ）の強度が不足しているため、雪道走行時、当該配管に付着した雪が凍結して氷塊となり、ナイロンチューブに大きな荷重がかかることがある。そのため、ナイロンチューブに亀裂が生じエアが漏れ、最悪の場合、走行中に駐車ブレーキが作動し、走行できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ナイロンチューブを対策品に交換する。
