Issue
Contact pressure in the brake start relay and side stand relay was not properly controlled during manufacturing, resulting in units with insufficient contact pressure. Vibration during vehicle operation can cause these contacts to make poor electrical contact, preventing the engine from starting or causing the engine to stall while riding.
Corrective action
Replace the brake start relay and side stand relay on all vehicles with corrected parts.

状況
ブレーキスタートリレーとサイドスタンドリレーにおいて、製造時の接点圧の管理が不適切なため、接点圧の低いものがある。そのため、走行中の振動等で接点が接触不良を起こし、エンジンが始動できない、又はエンジンが停止するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ブレーキスタートリレーとサイドスタンドリレーを対策品と交換する。
