Issue
Foreign material was introduced into the fuel hose during the manufacturing process, which may cause cracks to form on the hose surface. Continued use allows engine movement and vibration to propagate those cracks, and fuel may leak.
Corrective action

状況
燃料ホースの製造工程において、異材料が混入したものがあるため、ホース表面に亀裂が発生する場合がある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、エンジンの揺動や振動により、亀裂が進行し、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料ホース一式を良品と交換する。
