Issue
The vacuum supply pipe connecting the engine to the brake booster is routed in an incorrect position, allowing combustion byproducts to accumulate inside the pipe. Continued operation without correction can reduce the pipe's internal diameter, delaying vacuum delivery when the brake pedal is applied repeatedly in quick succession. In the worst case, brake pedal effort increases.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, a spacer is added between the throttle body and the intake manifold, and the brake booster vacuum supply pipe is relocated.

状況
原動機からブレーキ倍力装置用負圧を取出すパイプの位置が不適切なため、パイプ内部に原動機の燃焼生成物が付着・堆積することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、パイプ径が縮小し、ブレーキペダルを短時間に繰り返し操作した際に負圧の供給が遅れ、ブレーキペダルの操作力が増大するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、スロットルボデーと吸気管の間にスペーサーを追加し、ブレーキ倍力用負圧取出し用パイプを移設する。
