Issue
The roller incorporated in the center roller bracket of the sliding side door has insufficient durability. As the roller wears and the shaft becomes exposed, continued opening and closing causes the shaft to wear and deform. When the door is opened in this condition, the center rail bracket may separate from the rail, causing the door to fall off.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the bracket and roller with corrected parts. At the same time, inspect the lower arm and retighten as necessary.

スライド式側扉のセンターローラーブラケットに組み込まれているローラーの耐久性が不 足している為、当該ローラーが磨耗しシャフトが露出した状態で開閉を続けると、シャフ トの磨耗及び変形を起こし、当該扉を開けた時にセンターレールブラケットがレールから 外れ、扉が脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ブラケット及びローラーを対策品と交換する。同時にロアアームの点検、増し締 めを行う。
