Issue
On vehicles modified with a pop-up roof, the adhesive method used to attach the full-roof cover is improperly applied. Continued use allows the cover to progressively detach. In the worst case, the cover may separate completely while the vehicle is in motion, creating a hazard to other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the full-roof cover with a corrected part that includes additional mounting bolts.

状況
屋根部（ルーフ）を跳ね上げ式に改造した車両において、当該ルーフの全部に装着するカ バーの接着方法が不適切なため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、カバーが徐々に剥が れ、最悪の場合、走行中にカバーが外れ、他の交通を妨げるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、全面カバーに取付ボルトを追加した対策品と交換する。
