Defect
In the resin left and right fuel tanks, incorrect welding equipment settings during manufacturing caused insufficient fusion at the joint surface of the crossover inlet connecting the two tanks. Vibration during vehicle operation may cause the joint surface to detach, resulting in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the left and right fuel tanks with correct ones.

状況
樹脂製左右燃料タンクにおいて、溶着設備の条件設定が不適切なため、左右燃料タンクを連結するクロスオーバーインレットの接合面が部分的に溶け込み不足となっているものがある。そのため、走行中の振動等により当該接合面が剥離し、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、左右燃料タンクを良品と交換する。
