Defect
Improper installation of the glass guide frame inside the driver's door causes insufficient engagement of the door lock mechanism on some vehicles. In the worst case, the door may open while the vehicle is in motion.
Corrective action
Inspect all vehicles. Replace the door lock mounting screws with corrected parts, and replace the door lock assembly with a new unit on any vehicle exhibiting improper operation.

状況
運転者席用ドア内部のガラスガイド用フレームの取り付けが不良により、ドアのロック 装置の噛み合わせが悪いものがあり、最悪の場合、走行中にドアが開くおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両点検し、当該ドアロック装置の取付ネジを対策品と交換するとともに、作動不良 のものはドアロック装置を新品と交換する。
