Defect
On forklifts, inadequate production controls resulted in rearview mirrors being installed with mounting brackets of a shape that differs from the design specification. As a result, the driver cannot observe a portion of the left outer lane boundary through the rearview mirror, and the vehicle does not conform to the Safety Standards.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the rearview mirror bracket with the correct production part.

状況
フォークリフトの後写鏡において、製造管理が不適切なため、設計とは異なる形状の取付ブラケットにて後写鏡が取付られていた。そのため、運転席において後写鏡で後方の交通状況を確認する際、左外側線上の一部分の範囲が確認できず、保安基準に適合しない。
改善措置
全車両、後写鏡ブラケットを正規品と交換する。
