Defect
The frame of the mobile toilet (waste full trailer) was designed with insufficient consideration for durability. Loads experienced during operation may cause cracks to develop in the frame. Continued use allows the cracks to propagate and, in the worst case, the frame may fracture, rendering the unit inoperable.
Corrective action
Inspect all vehicles for frame cracks, perform repairs according to the extent of damage, and add frame reinforcement material and a safety bar to the affected area.
