Defect
On large trucks, the brake air hose is routed incorrectly, allowing it to become pinched between the air pipe clip fixing bolt and the protector. This can perforate the hose and, in the worst case, reduce braking force.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the air pipe and power steering pipe clip fixing bolts with corrected parts. Inspect the air hose and replace any damaged sections.

状況
大型トラックのブレーキ用エアホースにおいて、当該ホースの取付け位置が不適切なため、エアパイプクリップ固定ボルトとプロテクタの間に挟まれるものがある。そのため、当該ホースに穴が開き、最悪の場合、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、エアパイプ及びパワステパイプのクリップ固定ボルトを対策品と交換するとともに、エアホースを点検し、損傷している場合には、その部分を交換する。
