Defect
These vehicles were prototyped or converted as hydrogen fuel cell automobiles. Due to improper design of the peripheral components involved in the conversion: (1) No electrical wiring connects to the brake fluid level sensor, so the brake warning lamp does not illuminate when fluid level drops. (2) No front fog lamp indicator is provided, preventing the driver from confirming when the front fog lamps are activated. (3) The automatic headlamp activation system (auto-light system) is not installed and does not function.
Corrective action
(1) Add electrical wiring to the brake fluid level sensor. (2) Depending on vehicle specification, either add a front fog lamp indicator lamp or disable the front fog lamp function. (3) Install the auto-light system.

状況
水素燃料電池自動車として試作・改造した車両において、改造に係る周辺部品の設計が不適切なため、（１）制動装置のブレーキ液量センサへの電気配線がなく、液量が減少した際、ブレーキ警告灯が点灯しない。（２）前部霧灯表示灯の設定がなく、運転者に点灯操作状態を表示できない。（３）前照灯の自動点灯装置（オートライトシステム）が装備されておらず、作動しない。
改善措置
（１）ブレーキ液量センサに電気通信配線を追加する。（２）車両仕様に応じ、前部霧灯表示灯を追加、または前部霧灯の機能を廃止する。（３）オートライトシステムを取付ける。
