Defect
During assembly of the rear brake calipers, fastening was performed without detecting a broken tightening tool, leaving the caliper bolts torqued below the specified value on some vehicles. Vehicles with under-torqued bolts may fail to conform to Safety Standards Article 12 (brake system installation requirements).
Corrective action
On all vehicles, re-torque the caliper bolts to the specified value.

状況
後輪ブレーキキャリパーにおいて、ボルトの締結工具の破損に気付かないまま締め付けを行ったため、規定トルクで締め付けられていないものがある。規定トルクに満たない車両については、保安基準第12条(制動装置の基準の内、取り付け要件)に適合しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、規定通りのトルクでの締め付け作業を実施する。
