Defect
The power inverter contains a software program with improper control logic. Turning the push-button start switch on immediately after turning it off may prevent the inverter from starting. As a result, the engine cannot restart after an idling stop, battery charging stops, the charge warning lamp illuminates, and in the worst case, engine stall may occur.
Corrective action
Reprogram the inverter control software with the corrected/updated software on all vehicles.

状況
（２）電力変換装置（インバータ）において、制御プログラムが不適切なため、プッシュボタンスタートをオフした直後にオンするとインバータが起動しないことがある。そのため、アイドリングストップ後にエンジンが再始動できない。また、バッテリーへの充電が停止するため、充電警告灯が点灯し、最悪の場合エンストするおそれがある。
改善措置
（２）全車両、インバータの制御プログラムを対策プログラムに修正する
