Defect
In the hybrid system, the power conversion module control board has insufficient electrical noise immunity. Voltage fluctuations in the high-voltage circuit generate electrical noise that the power control circuit misidentifies as a fault, causing it to shut down momentarily. This brief drop in supply voltage may trigger the engine warning lamp and cause a temporary loss of drive power.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the power conversion module and replace it with the corrected part if applicable.

状況
ハイブリッドシステムにおいて、電力変換モジュール制御基板の電気ノイズ耐性不足により、高電圧回路の電圧変動で発生する電気ノイズを電源制御回路が異常と誤検知し瞬間的に停止する場合がある。そのため、電源電圧が一瞬低下して、エンジン警告灯の点灯とともに、一時的な動力損失が発生するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、電力変換モジュールを点検し、対象となるものは対策品に交換する。
