Defect
During production of the rear reflectors, inadequate control of the molding conditions caused the internal reflective surface of some reflectors to be formed incorrectly. As a result, reflected light is scattered, and the reflectors may not conform to the Safety Standards Article 38 (rear reflector requirements).
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the rear reflector with a conforming unit.

状況
後部反射器において、反射器を成型する条件管理が不適切なため、反射器内部の表面が正しく成型されていないものがある。そのため、反射光が散乱して保安基準第３８条（後部反射器の基準）に適合しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、後部反射器を良品と交換する。
