Defect
The lithium-ion battery ground bolt is improperly attached to the vehicle body, resulting in a poor ground connection. Continued operation in this condition may prevent the engine from restarting after an idling stop, or may prevent the engine from shutting off. In the worst case, a vehicle fire may occur.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the body-side mounting point and install a new ground bolt.

状況
リチウムイオンバッテリーのアースボルトにおいて、車体への取り付けが不適切なため、アース不良となるものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、アイドリングストップ後再始動不能またはエンジン停止不能となり、最悪の場合、車両火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、車体側取り付け部を点検の上、新品アースボルトを取り付ける。
