Defect
On low-floor four-axle large trucks, an excessively large interference fit between the front hub bearing and the knuckle shaft may damage the bearing during front hub assembly. Bearing damage progresses during use and may result in a vehicle fire or wheel separation.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the hub bearing and knuckle shaft assembly with improved parts.

状況
大型トラック低床4軸車のフロントハブベアリングにおいて、ナックルシャフトとの圧入代が大きいとフロントハブの組付け作業時にベアリングを傷つけることがある。そのため、使用過程でベアリングが損傷して火災や脱輪に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ハブベアリングおよびナックルシャフト一式を改善品に交換する。
