Defect
On container vehicles equipped with a detachable body system, inadequate frame support design results in insufficient clearance between the fuel hose and the frame support on some vehicles. Driving vibration causes the fuel hose to contact the frame support, damaging the hose. In the worst case, fuel may leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the frame support with the corrected part. In addition, install a protective corrugated tube over the fuel hose and secure the hose with a clamp. If the fuel hose shows damage, replace it with a new part.

状況
脱着装置付きコンテナ自動車において、フレームサポートの設計が不適切なため、燃料ホースとフレームサポートの隙間が小さいものがある。そのため、走行時振動等により、燃料ホースとフレームサポートが接触することで燃料ホースが損傷し、最悪の場合、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、フレームサポートを対策品に交換する。 また、燃料ホースにコルゲートチューブの追加を行い、燃料ホースをバンドで固定する。 なお、燃料ホースに損傷がある場合は新品に交換する。
