Defect

On vehicles equipped with a wheelchair boarding ramp, the routing design for the rear wheel brake pipes is incorrect, causing the pipes to be routed improperly during assembly. As a result, the vehicle stability control system may not function correctly when the vehicle slides laterally during cornering or similar maneuvers. In the worst case, driving stability may be compromised.

Corrective action

On all vehicles, replace the rear wheel brake pipes with corrected parts.

状況

車いす乗降用スロープ装着車において、後輪ブレーキ配管の配索設計が不適切なため、当該配管が誤って配索されている。そのため、旋回時などに車両が横滑りした際に横滑り防止装置が正しく機能せず、最悪の場合、走行安定性を損なうおそれがある。

改善措置

全車両、後輪ブレーキ配管を対策品に交換する。
