Defect
On high-beam headlamps, the bulb retaining spring has an incorrect shape. During headlamp assembly, the spring contacts the back cover and prevents the bulb from seating correctly. As a result, the headlamp beam aim does not conform to Safety Standards Article 32.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the high-beam headlamp bulb retaining spring with a corrected part.

状況
走行用前照灯において、バルブの固定用スプリングの形状が不適切なため、走行用前照灯の製造時に当該スプリングがバックカバーに干渉する。そのため、バルブが正常に固定されず、走行用前照灯の照射方向が、保安基準第３２条に適合しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、走行用前照灯バルブの固定用スプリングを対策品に交換する。
