Defect
On medium-license driver-training vehicles, the left-side underride guard stay is mounted in an incorrect position, leaving insufficient clearance between the lower mounting bolt of the stay and the adjacent brake pipe. Contact between the mounting bolt and the brake pipe may occur. Continued operation in this condition may damage the brake pipe and cause brake fluid to leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the left-side underride guard stay assembly with a corrected part and relocate the lower mounting bolt. If the brake pipe is already damaged, replace it with a new pipe.

状況
中型免許教習車の左側の巻き込み防止装置（サイドガードステー）の取付位置が不適切なため、サイドガードステーの下側の取付ボルトとブレーキ配管の隙間が不足しているものがある。そのため、当該取付けボルトとブレーキ配管が接触し、そのままの状態で使用を続けるとブレーキ配管が損傷して、ブレーキ液が漏洩するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、左側のサイドガードステー一式を対策品に交換し、下側の取付ボルトの位置を変更する。なお、ブレーキ配管が損傷している場合は、新品のブレーキ配管と交換する。
