Defect
On light-duty dump trucks, insufficient clearance between the hydraulic hose retaining stay for dump operation and the rear wheel brake pipes may allow the stay and brake pipes to contact each other under driving vibration. Continued use in this condition can damage the rear brake pipes and, in the worst case, brake fluid may leak, reducing braking force.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the clearance between the dump hydraulic hose retaining stay and the rear brake pipes. If clearance is insufficient, reposition the stay and replace it with a corrected part. If the rear brake pipes are damaged, replace the brake pipes with new units.

状況
小型ダンプトラックのダンプ作動用油圧ホース固縛ステーと後輪用ブレーキ配管の隙が小さいため、走行振動でダンプ作動用油圧ホース固縛ステーと後輪用ブレーキ配管が干渉するおそれがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、後輪用ブレーキ配管が損傷し、最悪の場合、ブレーキ液が漏れて制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ダンプ作動用油圧ホース固縛ステーと後輪用ブレーキ配管の隙を確認し、隙が小さい場合はダンプ作動用油圧ホース固縛ステーの位置を変更して対策品に交換する。また後輪用ブレーキ配管に損傷があった場合はブレーキ配管を新品に交換する。
