Defect
Inadequate process control during front brake caliper assembly results in insufficient torque on the caliper mounting bolts. Continued use in this condition allows the bolts to loosen, producing abnormal noise during braking. In the worst case, a bolt may fall out, causing a reduction in braking force.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, torque the affected bolts to the specified value. If any bolt has already fallen out, install a new bolt.

状況
フロントブレーキキャリパ組付工程の管理が不適切なため、キャリパ取付けボルトの締付けが不十分なものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ボルトが緩み、制動時に異音が発生し、最悪の場合、当該ボルトが脱落して、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ボルトを規定トルクで締付ける。なお、当該ボルトが脱落している場合は、新品のボルトを取付ける。
