Defect
During production of the front passenger airbag inflator, improper handling of equipment stoppages during the igniter charge-filling process may result in an insufficient charge fill. An inflator with an insufficient charge may fail to deploy the airbag normally in a crash.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the airbag inflator with a conforming unit.

状況
助手席用エアバッグのインフレータ（膨張装置）において、着火剤充填工程での設備停止時の処置が不適切なため、充填量が少ないものがある。このため、エアバッグ作動時に正常に展開しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、エアバッグインフレータを良品と交換する。
