Issue
On the cargo handling device of these forklifts, the mounting bracket for the tilt cylinder—which tilts the outer mast forward and rearward—has insufficient strength. Repeated cargo handling operations cause the bracket to fracture due to vibration during travel. If both brackets fracture, the cargo handling device may tip forward.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the outer mast with a corrected/revised part.

状況
フォークリフトの荷役装置において、アウターマストを前後傾させるティルトシリンダーの取付けブラケットの強度が不足しているため、荷役作業を繰り返し行うと、当該ブラケットが走行時の振動等により破断するおそれがある。その結果、両側のブラケットが破断すると、当該装置が前方に倒れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、アウターマストを対策品に交換する。
