Defect
The exhaust pipe structure is inadequate, causing excessive stress from resonance at specific engine speeds. This stress induces cracks in the exhaust pipe. Continued use allows the cracks to propagate and cause breakage, and in the worst case, exhaust gas leaks and noise levels increase.
Corrective action

状況
排気管の構造が不適切なため、特定のエンジン回転による共振で発生する応力により、当該排気管に過大な負荷がかかり、亀裂が生じるものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、亀裂が進行して破損し、最悪の場合、排気ガスが漏れて、騒音が増大するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、排気管を対策品に交換する。
