Defect
Improper welding of the front flange on the exhaust pipe results in insufficient weld strength. Continued use allows driving vibration to detach the weld, causing exhaust gas to leak and noise levels to increase.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the exhaust pipe with a non-defective unit.

状況
エキゾーストパイプのフロントフランジ部の溶接が不適切なため、溶接強度が不十分なものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、走行中の振動により溶接部が剥れ、排気ガスが漏れて騒音が増大するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、エキゾーストパイプを良品と交換する。
