Defect
In the movable driven face of the power transmission unit, the crimp fastening of the face is improperly executed, resulting in play at the crimped joint. During acceleration, excessive stress develops at the crimped joint. In the worst case, the driven face may fracture, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the driven face assembly with a non-defective unit.

状況
動力伝達装置のムーバブルドリブンフェイスにおいて、当該フェイスのカシメ締結が不適切なため、カシメ部にガタが生じている。そのため、加速時にカシメ部に過大な応力が生じ、最悪の場合、当該フェイスが破損して走行不能になるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ドリブンフェイスASSYを良品と交換する。
