Defect
On turbocharged vehicles, the exhaust pipe support bracket is improperly designed. Vibration causes cracks to develop at the bracket weld on the exhaust pipe, leading to an exhaust gas leak. Continued use may cause the exhaust pipe to fracture and exhaust noise to increase significantly.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the exhaust pipe with the corrected part.

状況
過給機付き車の排気管において、排気管を支持している金具の取付け構造が不適切なた め、振動により当該金具の溶接部において排気管に亀裂が発生し、排気ガスが漏れ、その ままの状態で使用を続けると、排気管が折損し騒音が増大するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、排気管を対策品と交換する。
