Issue
The mounting structure of the top-hinged rear door is improperly designed, causing the plastic hinges along the upper door edge to degrade and fracture due to atmospheric ozone, ultraviolet radiation, and similar environmental factors. When a hinge breaks, the door may detach and fall during opening or closing, posing a risk of injury to workers.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, safety straps are installed on both the left and right sides of the top-hinged rear door. The hinges are also inspected, and any hinge showing visible cracking is replaced with a new part.

状況
車輌後部に取付けられた上部はね上げドアの取付部構造が不適切なため、ドア上縁の樹脂製ヒンジが大気のオゾン、紫外線等により劣化し破断すると、ドア開閉時にドアが外れ落下して、作業者に危害を加えるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車輌、はね上げドアの左右に安全ベルトを取り付ける。また、当該ヒンジを点検し,明らかに亀裂が生じているヒンジは新品と交換する。
