Defect
On harvester-thresher machines, the side clutch shifter that controls steering has insufficient strength, and hydraulic pressure control at low oil temperatures (20°C or below) is incorrect. During steering operation, hydraulic pressure rises higher than expected, causing the side clutch shifter to deform. Continued use may result in the machine failing to return to straight-line travel after a steering input.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the side clutch shifter with a corrected part. To reduce hydraulic pressure during low oil temperature conditions (20°C or below), also replace the variable relief valve arm and the valve seat inside the relief valve with corrected parts.

状況
刈取脱穀作業車の動力伝達装置において、操舵を制御するサイドクラッチシフタの強度が不足及び低油温(20℃以下)時の油圧制御が不適切なものがある。そのため、操舵時に想定より高い油圧が発生することによりサイドクラッチシフタが変形しそのまま使用を続けると、最悪の場合、操舵後に直進状態に戻そうとしても直進しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、サイドクラッチシフタを対策品に交換するとともに、低油温時(20℃以下)の油圧制御を低減させるため、可変リリーフバルブアーム及びリリーフバルブ内のバルブシートを対策品に交換する。
