Defect
In the steering linkage of buses, insufficient clearance between the drag link and the tie rod arm mounting bolt allows the drag link to contact the tip of the bolt when the steering wheel is turned fully to the left.
Corrective action
Inspect the drag link on all vehicles. Where contact marks are present, apply touch-up paint and reorient the tie rod arm mounting bolt.

状況
バスのかじ取り装置において、ドラッグリンクとタイロッドアーム固定ボルトの隙間が少ないため、ハンドルを左へ最大限度まで切るとドラッグリンクと当該ボルト先端部が接触するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ドラッグリンクを点検し、接触痕がある場合は塗装するとともに、タイロッドアーム固定ボルトの向きを変更する。
